Qualifications

• Ability to wear PPE in the refinery and pass hair drug test and physical.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain TWIC card.
• Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update operating procedures in line with standards.
• Participate in MOC and PSSR; train affected personnel.
• Manage operator round database and hardware per site requirements.
• Support operator training per the Operator Training Standard Practice.
• Coach and mentor trainees during and after training.
• Lead investigations and implement recommendations.
• Support turnarounds and project initiatives with staffing plans and procedures.
• Participate in Hazop and OpsEx audits.
• Assist in troubleshooting during abnormal operations and outages.
• Communicate across site levels clearly.
