Job summary

HF Sinclair Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Scheduler to develop integrated, resource-loaded schedules for the Anacortes Puget Sound Refinery. The role collaborates with Operations, Maintenance, Planning, Reliability, and Inspection to ensure work is safely planned and execution ready.

Responsibilities include optimizing workforce utilization, tracking schedule compliance, and supporting PM and reliability programs. Experience in a refinery environment and SAP proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of maintenance planning, scheduling, reliability, or related refinery experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to facilitate large meetings.
• Preferred: knowledge of refinery operations and maintenance.
• Proficiency in SAP required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and publish weekly maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Planning, and Reliability teams.
• Ensure readiness, resource availability, and equipment access for scheduled work.
• Monitor execution progress and update schedules for emergent work.
• Support preventive maintenance and reliability program integration.
• Identify scheduling risks and implement mitigation actions.
