Job summary

HF Sinclair Refinery seeks a Supervisor Maintenance E&I to oversee maintenance activities, lead technical resources, and ensure safety and reliability of refinery units. The role emphasizes leadership, scheduling, and cost control in a high-stakes environment.

The successful candidate will coordinate with operations, provide staff mentorship, and drive compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations while maintaining accountability for performance and costs.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of related experience required.
• Refining experience preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees quality of work, safety, and overall performance of staff.
• Plans, organizes and oversees work schedules for assigned employees.
• Coordinates with operations for equipment repairs and developing work plans.
• Provides training, mentorship and coaching for subordinates and peers.
• Oversees department safety and regulatory compliance.
• Manages annual budget and cost control.
• Responds to plant emergencies and after-hours situations.
