Job summary

HF Sinclair Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Timekeeper to administer maintenance workforce schedules, fatigue risk management compliance, vacation administration, duty scheduling, and workforce analytics to support safe and efficient refinery operations.

The role requires collaboration with Maintenance, Operations, Emergency Response, Payroll, Cost Control, and Leadership teams to optimize workforce utilization and provide reliable reporting for informed business decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum (3) years of scheduling, workforce administration, maintenance support, payroll, or related industrial experience.
• High School Degree or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain workforce scheduling data and fatigue risk management compliance.
• Monitor schedules for API 755 Fatigue Risk Management requirements.
• Identify conflicts and coordinate approvals.
• Administer vacation selection and purchased vacation program.
• Track API violations and overtime utilization using SchedulePro.
• Manage the Maintenance Weekend Duty Program and duty rosters.
• Coordinate Emergency Response Team scheduling and staffing readiness.
• Develop and distribute workforce scheduling and manpower reports.
• Analyze overtime, availability, trends, and schedule efficiency.
• Support cost tracking and labor data validation.
• Maintain department documentation and records management systems.
