Job summary

ASR International Corp is seeking a Field Service Coordinator contractor to act as the liaison between customers, field service technicians, and internal teams to ensure successful service execution and account management.

The role includes coordinating field operations, supporting customer relationships, overseeing technicians for assigned accounts, and identifying opportunities for upselling value-added services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in field service coordination, customer service, account management, laboratory operations, or related.
• Experience collecting samples and performing laboratory analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and reporting tools.
• TWIC card preferred.
• Must be a US citizen or permanent resident.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate and oversee daily activities of field service technicians.
• Maintain service records and ensure documentation for compliance.
• Contribute to development and execution of operational plans for the department.
• Collect samples and perform laboratory analysis, documenting results.
