Job summary

AmSpec Group seeks an experienced coordinator to organize and synchronize all job-related activities among field staff, dispatch, operations, laboratories, and customers. You will relay requests, ensure updates, and distribute reports including invoices in a timely manner.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in the petroleum/petrochemical sector, excellent communication skills, and a preferred bachelor’s or associate degree.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the Petroleum, Petrochemical, and Chemical industry.
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate job-related activities between field staff, dispatch, operations and customers.
• Relay customer requests to field and laboratory employees.
• Distribute updates and final communications per customer requirements and AmSpec policy.
• Prepare and distribute reports, including final wires and invoices.
• Inform the Operations Manager of any problems that could affect customers.
• Represent the company at industry events to improve levels of work from the customer.
• Assist the Operations Manager in ensuring adherence to company policy by the field staff.
