Responsibilities

• Schedule tests and referrals within 24 hours of order.
• Notify patients of appointments and pre-certify tests with insurers within 48 hours.
• Communicate with patients, clinics, and hospitals clearly.
• Operate EMR software and maintain documentation.
• Maintain clean office and manage supplies.
• Travel to other MPA locations as needed.
