Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years clinical laboratory experience.
• Customer service and/or medical background preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry objects 1-10 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Handle all internal and external customer contact regarding Referral Testing.
• Retrieve, sort, and process specimens for shipment.
• Ensure sample quality and accuracy.
