• Provides accurate patient information and demographics for safety and quality of care.
• Obtains physician or practitioner orders for appointments, tests and procedures.
• Communicates appointment details and prep information to patient/family with privacy and HIPAA compliance.
• Ensures follow-up appointments are scheduled and documented.
• Maintains accurate documentation of appointment details in patient records.
