Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in El Paso, TX is seeking a dedicated Business Development professional to manage relationships with physicians, hospitals, and other referral sources. You will educate partners on Enhabit's home health and hospice services and navigate post-acute care transitions to improve patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate has a healthcare administration or marketing background, at least two years in healthcare business development, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or marketing or related field, or graduate of nursing/therapy/social work.
• Minimum two years in healthcare business development, community relations, marketing, or sales.
• Valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance.
• Knowledge of federal/state regulations for Medicare home health and hospice operations.
• Clinical license if applicable; home health/hospice experience preferred.
• Strong dosed interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary relationship manager between Enhabit and referral sources (physicians, hospitals, health systems, and other healthcare organizations).
• Support referral growth by educating partners on services and program requirements to improve post-acute care transitions.
• Help navigate patient pathways to enhance outcomes and satisfaction among patients, families and referral sources.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals and senior living communities; travel as needed.
• Comply with all federal, state and local laws and internal policies; maintain transportation as required.
