Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Texas seeks a business development professional to strengthen relationships with physicians, hospitals, post-acute care providers, and senior living partners. You will educate referral sources about Enhabit's services and program requirements to support referrals and smooth patient transitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, marketing, or related field.
• Two years of healthcare business development, community relations, marketing, or sales experience.
• Knowledge of federal/state Medicare home health/hospice regulations.
• Valid state driver license and automobile liability insurance.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• If Clinical: valid clinical license as per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary relationship manager with referral sources to grow referrals and improve patient outcomes.
• Educate referral sources on services and program requirements to support post-acute care transitions.
