Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in the United States seeks a dedicated business development professional to strengthen relationships with physicians, hospitals, and health systems. You will educate referral sources about Enhabit services and coordinate post-acute care transitions to drive patient outcomes.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in healthcare business development or sales, a valid driver's license, and strong presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, marketing, or related field or nursing, therapy or social work degree (equivalent experience considered).
• Minimum two years' experience in healthcare business development, community relations, marketing or sales.
• Knowledge of Medicare/home health and hospice regulations (federal, state, local).
• Must have a valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Clinical license required if performing clinical duties per state rules (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager between Enhabit and referral sources (physicians, hospitals, health systems, senior living communities, and other providers).
• Educate referral sources about Enhabit services and program requirements to drive awareness and referrals.
• Assist with navigation of post-acute care transitions to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
