Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Texas is seeking a dynamic healthcare business development professional to serve as the primary relationship manager with physicians, hospitals, and referral networks. You will educate stakeholders on Enhabit services and programs to support smooth post-acute transitions and improve patient outcomes.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, marketing, or related field, plus at least two years in healthcare business development,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, marketing, or related field; or graduate of an approved school of nursing, therapy or social work.
• Minimum two years of experience in healthcare business development, community relations, marketing, or sales.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulatory guidelines governing Medicare certified home health and hospice operations.
• Valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance as required by law.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Clinical license if Clinical role is required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary relationship manager between the company and referral sources including physicians, physician practices, hospitals, health systems, inpatient facilities, senior living communities, professional associations, and other healthcare organizations or progressional.
• Supports referral growth by providing awareness and education of company services and program requirements to referral sources, patients, families, caregivers and community partners to help navigate post-acute care transitions with the goal of improving patient outcomes, supporting care transition, and promoting exceptional quality and patient / referral source satisfaction.
