Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2 years minimum experience in referral coordination.
• 1 year lead/supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees referral workflow and ensures timely processing.
• Provides daily leadership to the referral team; drives efficiency and productivity.
• Delegates tasks to optimize performance and workload distribution.
• Onboards and mentors new staff; provides coaching on new procedures.
• Manages time‑off approvals, timecards, and 90‑day evaluations; training schedules.
