Cano Health LLC is seeking a Referral Supervisor to lead the referral coordination team in the United States. The Referral Supervisor provides day‑to‑day leadership, oversight, and support for the referral coordination team. This role is responsible for supervising team activities, optimizing workflow, mentoring staff, and ensuring exceptional patient service delivery. The Supervisor plays a key role in driving performance, maintaining team alignment with operational goals, and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in referral coordination. Minimum of 1 year experience in a team lead or supervisory role. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong organizational, communication, and process improvement skills. High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop others.
This position works under usual office conditions. The associate is required to work at a personal computer as well as be on the phone for extended periods of time. Must be able to stand, sit, walk and occasionally climb. The incumbent must be able to work extended and flexible hours and weekends as needed. Physical demands include ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
