This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and eClinicalWorks, as well as a commitment to maintaining high standards in team performance and patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in referral coordination.
• At least 1 year in a team lead or supervisory role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Oversee referral workflow management and ensure timely processing.
• Provide daily leadership and direction to the referral team.
• Onboard and mentor new team members on referral protocols.
