Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of referral experience in healthcare setting.
• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role leading a team.
• Preference for managing a virtual team.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises a team of Care Coordinators and Lead Care Coordinators to ensure quality referral management.
• Oversees daily operations and adherence to playbook and procedures.
• Conducts performance coaching, rounding, and feedback conversations.
• Monitors metrics, reports, and productivity, adjusting assignments to meet targets.
• Leads training sessions and process improvement initiatives.
