Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 2 Year/Associate Degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years office experience required.
• Medical office/billing experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate referral process from scheduling to visit completion.
• Serve as liaison between primary care, specialty physicians, and patients.
• Verify insurance for pre-authorizations and monitor timelines.
• Train new staff and ensure accurate data in Bassett systems.
• Schedule outpatient appointments and communicate with patients.
