Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year referral experience in healthcare.
• Knowledge of referral workflows and insurance requirements.
• Experience with electronic medical records is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively work referral queues with outbound calling and follow-up.
• Own referral execution from receipt through appointment completion.
• Contact patients to coordinate scheduling and explain next steps.
• Communicate with provider offices and partners to finalize referrals.
• Support insurance verification and authorization processes.
