Pediatrics Plus in Central Arkansas seeks a Family Relations Specialist to guide families through outpatient therapy referrals and developmental preschool scheduling. You will engage families with compassion, explain benefits, and coordinate evaluations to support a child’s growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to communicate professionally with a wide variety of people.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Completes the referral intake process, updates necessary systems, and requests needed paperwork.
• Explains insurance benefits, discusses funding options, and schedules outpatient evaluations with parents.
• Schedules outpatient therapy and developmental preschool initial evaluations with parents.
• Communicates effectively with state agencies and on-site locations to ensure quality of referral process.
• Responds positively to feedback concerning job performance.
