Pediatrics Plus in Central Arkansas is seeking a Family Relations Specialist to support families seeking outpatient therapy and developmental preschool services. You will guide referrals, explain insurance options, schedule evaluations, and coordinate with state agencies and locations to ensure a smooth referral process.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to use computers, databases, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Completes the referral intake process and required paperwork.
• Explains insurance benefits and schedules evaluations.
• Schedules initial evaluations for outpatient therapy and preschool.
• Communicates with state agencies and locations to ensure referrals.
• Participates in meetings and upholds company values.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
