Pediatrics Plus in Frisco, TX is seeking a Family Relations Specialist to support families and children across referral processes for outpatient therapy and developmental preschool operations. You will guide families through intake, explain insurance benefits, schedule evaluations, and coordinate with state agencies and locations to ensure timely referrals.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people.
• Ability to work with clients birth to age 21 and their families.

Responsabilités

• Completes the referral intake process, updates necessary systems, and requests needed paperwork.
• Explains insurance benefits, discusses funding options, and schedules outpatient evaluations with parents.
• Schedules outpatient therapy and developmental preschool initial evaluations with parents.
• Communicates effectively and timely with state agencies and on-site locations to ensure quality of referral process.
