Job summary

Pediatrics Plus is seeking a Family Relations Specialist in Frisco, TX to support outpatient therapy referrals and developmental preschool operations. You will guide families through intake, explain insurance options, and coordinate evaluations with parents and sites.

Ideal candidates communicate effectively, manage multiple tasks, and work with children from birth to 21 years old and their families using strong organizational and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people.
• Work with clients birth to age 21 and their families.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Computer skills including database, word processing, and spreadsheets.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Completes the referral intake process and updates necessary systems.
• Explains insurance benefits and schedules outpatient evaluations with parents.
• Schedules outpatient therapy and developmental preschool initial evaluations with parents.
• Communicates with state agencies and on-site locations to ensure quality referrals.
