Pediatrics Plus is seeking a Family Relations Specialist to support outpatient therapy and developmental preschool operations. You will handle referrals, explain insurance benefits, and schedule evaluations for children from birth to 21 years with families, across multiple sites.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people.
• Must be able to work with clients birth to age 21 and their families.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient computer skills including keyboarding, databases, word processing, spreadsheets and internet software.

• Completes the referral intake process, updates necessary systems, and requests needed paperwork.
• Explains insurance benefits, discusses funding options, and schedules outpatient evaluations with parents.
• Schedules outpatient therapy and developmental preschool initial evaluations with parents.
• Communicates effectively and timely with state agencies and on-site locations to ensure quality of referral process.
