Qualifications

• Data entry and order processing experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests, calls, faxes and other questions regarding new and existing orders.
• Contact new and existing customers regarding new and existing orders.
• Schedule and dispatch drivers with equipment and supplies to locations per schedules.
• Enter data from customers and referral sources; verify information for accuracy.
• Prepare computer reports and review for accuracy; track leads for future follow-up.
• Provide quality customer service and promptly assist customers with products and services.
