Responsibilities

• Coordinate referrals to the Endocrinology Service line, contacting patients and scheduling per primary care location.
• Review referrals for completeness and required documents; ensure they meet Behavioral Health guidelines.
• Communicate with front desk staff, providers and managers; handle multiple schedules and patient information securely.
