Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year as a medical receptionist or care coordination experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process new patient referrals to the Endocrinology Service line, internal and external.
• Schedule patients according to PCP locations and optimize the referral queue.
• Review referrals for completeness and ensure required documents are received and compliant.
