Qualifications

• One year of experience with insurance verification/referral processing preferred

• Medical terminology preferred
• Proficient in use of computers and excellent organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinates referral process from primary care providers as well as pre-authorization approvals for drugs and other services as ordered by provider
• Provides a direct link between patients, primary care providers, specialty providers, and insurance companies
