You will be a key contact for patients and clinics, ensuring smooth coordination of referrals, scheduling, and documentation.

The role requires at least 2 years of relevant experience and a High School Diploma, with day-shift hours and full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience with insurance referrals or prior authorizations.

Responsibilities

• Contact insurance companies and obtain authorization for plans.
• Educate patients and staff on referral and insurance information.
• Obtain urgent authorizations same day or next day.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments.
• Verify patient registration and insurance information.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
• Test tracks referrals until fulfilled.
• Support referrals and patient outreach activities.
