Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Contact insurance companies to obtain authorization for specific plans.
• Educate patients and staff with referral and insurance information.
• Obtain urgent authorizations the same day or next day.
• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments.
• Verify patient registration and insurance information.
• Support referrals, authorizations, and patient outreach activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
• Track referrals until fulfilled.
