Qualifications

• MS Office proficiency; typing 40 WPM; basic phone/computer operations.
• English literacy; bilingual is a plus.
• Healthcare and EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule referral appointments with outside specialists.
• Maintain knowledge of health plan requirements for referrals and authorizations.
• Provide excellent service to customers face-to-face or by phone.
• Schedule initial and follow-up appointments for specialists and imaging.
• Track referrals and document appropriately for team awareness.
