Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee the referral coordination team and ensure protocol adherence.
• Handle the most complex/escalated referral cases needing approvals.
• Train and mentor Referral Coordinators I and II.
• Liaise with staff, providers, and clinic leadership to improve referrals.
• Monitor documentation, timeliness, and compliance for patient safety.
• Advocate for patients navigating insurance and financial barriers.
• Build relationships with specialists and community resources.
• Review referral reports and provide leadership feedback.
• Perform administrative and supervisory tasks as assigned.
