DYNAMIC Pain & Wellness in Crestview, FL, is seeking a friendly front desk receptionist to contact patients referred for pain management, schedule New Patient appointments, and ensure records are uploaded.

You will enter demographics into the EMR, handle calls, verify insurance, and document notes from referrals. Schedule Monday-Friday 8am-5pm; full-time with competitive hourly pay and full health/dental/vision.

Formación

• 2+ years in medical field preferred, not required.
• Understanding of general insurance questions.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule new patient appointments and manage referrals.
• Enter patient demographics into EMR and ensure charts are up to date.
• Answer calls from patients and providers; verify insurance information.
• Pull/scan faxes and manage voicemail messages.
