Job summary

DYNAMIC Pain & Wellness in Crestview, FL is seeking a friendly Front Desk Receptionist to greet patients, check them in, and serve as the first impression of our practice. You will support our clinical team and help maintain a welcoming environment.

Ideal candidates have HS or equivalent, some medical office experience, and familiarity with Kareo EMR. Travel to nearby locations may be required. Competitive hourly rate and paid time off offered.

Qualifications

• HS or Equivalent diploma required.
• Previous experience in a physician's office or clinical setting preferred.
• EMR experience - Kareo a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check in patients for appointments.
• Ensure patients are treated in a friendly and dignified manner.
• Assists with maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
• Limited travel required to other local offices.
