DYNAMIC Pain & Wellness in Crestview, FL is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients, manage check-ins, and support a compassionate clinical team. You will greet patients, verify appointments, and ensure a warm, organized front desk environment.

Responsibilities include front desk duties, EMR experience with Kareo a plus, and occasional travel to nearby offices. HS is required and customer service is a priority in a welcoming clinic setting.

Qualifications

• HS or equivalent required.
• Experience in a physician's office or clinical setting preferred.
• EMR experience, Kareo a plus.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and check them in for appointments.
• Provide friendly, dignified service and assist with check-in/out.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area.
• Limited travel to other local offices as needed.
