Job summary

DYNAMIC Pain & Wellness is seeking a qualified medical front desk assistant in Crestview, FL. You will assist patients with check-out, scheduling in-house procedures, and coordinating referrals while delivering compassionate service.

Responsibilities include scheduling per provider, explaining procedures and insurance, upholding clinic policies, and maintaining smooth patient flow. Travel to Crestview and Fort Walton Beach clinics is required; full-time hours Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in medical admin or similar role.
• Familiarity with insurance processes and questions.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule all orders and procedures per attending provider.
• Explain procedures and insurance to patients clearly.
• Follow DYNAMIC policies and procedures.
• Remain organized and proactive to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Travel to Crestview and Fort Walton Beach clinics as needed.
