Qualifications

• Familiarity with practice management systems (e.g., EPIC) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Obtain insurance authorizations from patient’s insurance company.
• Coordinate patient referrals to specialists as requested by providers.
• Enter and maintain accurate referral data in the database.
• Verify all required documentation for referral type.
• Provide patient with appointment information and timelines.
