Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Two (2) years of experience in registration and appointment scheduling in a healthcare setting.
• One (1) year of experience in clinic appointment scheduling and working with electronic medical records (EMR), particularly EPIC.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities
