• Gathers patient histories and forwards required documentation to specialists.
• Maintains active tracking and documentation in the EHR.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for patients and specialists.
• Assists patients in overcoming language, social, or transportation barriers to care.
• Ensures complete and accurate patient registration and insurance verification.
• Schedules appointments and handles registrations and paperwork.
