Responsibilities

• Communicate scheduling and patient process; collect and document patient demographics.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect copays; post payments as appropriate.
• Assist with intake registration, escorting patients, and supporting physician duties as assigned.
• Maintain organization, workflow, and procedures for medical practice.
• Document phone messages in the EMR and coordinate referrals as needed.
• Train new hires and ensure compliance with audits and trainings.
