Qualifications

• National certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate referrals from medical and behavioral health providers to specialists.
• Process referral requests daily and track pending referrals.
• Communicate with patients and providers to schedule and confirm appointments.
• Obtain pre-certifications as required and document communications in the EHR.
