Qualifications

• 1–2 years front office in healthcare

Responsibilities

• Process referrals promptly and coordinate with team.
• Obtain subsequent prior authorizations for PT services.
• Create patient charts in EMR and verify data.
• Schedule appointments across multiple clinic locations.
• Submit referrals and medical records requests via online systems, phone, and email.
• Run authorization reports weekly to keep charts updated.
• Support lead referral coordinator and supervisor with duties.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and families.
