Job summary

TurboTax is seeking a Referral & Advocacy Growth Lead to build and own the referral engine end-to-end—from identifying advocates to converting referred customers. You will develop concepts, launch pilots, analyze results, and partner with Product to scale successful initiatives.

The role demands entrepreneurial ownership, hands-on development, and a focus on turning pilots into repeatable programs that drive organic growth across TurboTax customers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in consumer growth lifecycle marketing and referral/advocacy
• Ownership of growth programs end-to-end from strategy to optimization
• Strong understanding of referral mechanics, funnels and incentives
• Experience partnering with Product teams to build customer-facing growth experiences

Responsibilities

• Grow referral as an acquisition channel across Refer a Friend and Refer an Expert.
• Own the referral funnel end-to-end from advocates to referred customers.
• Personalize referral propositions, messaging, incentives, and timing.
• Simplify referral experience across product, web, mobile, email and surfaces.
• Embed advocacy into customer-expert relationships and deepen existing programs.
