Job summary

Qualifications

• Background in corporate strategy, growth marketing, product marketing, or customer lifecycle management.
• Experience building 0-to-1 go-to-market strategies and structuring new processes.
• Comfortable operating at the intersection of data science and GTM execution.
• Strong program management skills with cross-functional impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead the cross-functional mission team and drive cadence, milestones, and executive reporting across Data Science, Lifecycle/CRM, Outbound Sales, Product, and Finance.
• Define audience cohorts by defection driver and prioritize high-propensity segments for action.
• Create segment-specific messaging and playbooks for partner teams to execute.
