Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Triages patient calls according to established algorithms.
• Schedules appointments for multiple specialties and primary care physicians.
• Collects accurate demographic, physician, insurance, and contact information for the patient record.
• Maintains efficient call center operations and supports revenue cycle through strong customer service.
