Treatment Alternatives for Stronger Communities (TASC) is seeking a full-time Case Manager in Champaign, Illinois to provide addiction intervention and recovery support services. You'll assist clients in achieving established goals as they reintegrate into their communities.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, experience in group facilitation, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. TASC offers a hybrid work schedule, medical benefits, and a commitment to supporting its team.

Qualifications

• Must have demonstrated experience in group facilitation.
• Knowledge of ASAM placement criteria and DSM-V related to substance-related disorders is preferred.
• Flexibility in thinking and approaches to discussions.

Responsibilities

• Provide addiction intervention and AODA counseling.
• Assist clients with reentry support and progress monitoring.
• Complete and maintain required documentation.
