Qualifications

• Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in facilities maintenance, building operations, construction management, asset management, or a closely related field.
• Three (3) years of supervisory or management experience leading maintenance, operations, construction or facilities staff.
• Experience managing maintenance operations in a large, complex facility or multi-building campus in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Facilities Asset Management Program across Reentry facilities and CI locations.
• Coordinate maintenance priorities, capital improvements, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide strategic oversight for maintenance, operations, and project execution.
• Direct supervision of maintenance staff and contractors; ensure safety and compliance.
• Develop and implement asset management processes and KPI reporting.
• Collaborate with Capital Planning and executive leadership on long-term capital plans.
