Job summary

Pioneer Human Services in Tacoma, WA seeks a Residential Reentry Center Resident Monitor I to guide residents back into community life, ensuring safety and compliance while managing daily facility operations.

You will perform intake and discharge procedures, supervise movements, monitor medications, and coordinate with officers and case managers to promote risk reduction and successful reintegration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must pass and maintain FBOP security clearances.
• CPR, First Aid, and Food Handler certifications within two weeks of hire.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and web navigation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control entrance to a secure facility.
• Complete intake, program orientation, and discharge procedures.
• Perform urinalysis testing, inspections, and counts.
• Supervise resident movement and rule compliance.
• Document disciplinary actions per agency requirements.
• Manage medication storage and dispensing following protocol.
• Greet visitors and verify identification for clearance.
• Coordinate safety checks and emergency responses.
