Job summary

GEO Reentry Services LLC is seeking a dedicated professional to prepare participants for community reentry through employment curriculum and services. You will facilitate group sessions on cognitive self-change, social skills, and problem solving.

Responsibilities include delivering the curriculum, maintaining rosters, evaluating progress, coordinating post-release plans, and providing employment services such as resume writing and mock interviews.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent, required.
• Experience in job development or employment services is preferred.
• Ability to instruct and motivate participants.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates cognitive behavioral curriculum in group settings as needed.
• Maintains class rosters, attendance records, progress documentation, and completion certificates.
• Provides referrals to appropriate staff and assists with post-release planning.
• Coordinates participant program schedules to meet criminogenic needs.
• Delivers employment services including resume writing and mock interviews.
