You will perform assessments, develop individualized plans, coordinate with local agencies, and document progress to help clients access education and employment opportunities. This role emphasizes evidence-based practice and collaboration with staff to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in an employment-related field, human services or related area.
• 2 years of experience locating jobs for the public or a specific population; 1 year in job search and retention methods.
• Experience with local labor market data preferred.
• Strong communication with internal and external contacts at all levels.
• Proven networking and organization skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct employment assessments and create individual employment plans.
• Deliver ongoing job preparation, retention and life skills classes.
• Coordinate with state and private employment agencies and schools.
• Arrange client placements in vocational training and monitor attendance.
• Maintain case notes in the company database and provide referrals as needed.
